About the Annual Meeting

A decade of activating lot transformation journeys in partnership with community.

The Omaha Municipal Land Bank (OMLB) has made excellent strides in delivering on the goals and objectives in our 2022 - 2025 Strategic Plan. The organization made strategic adjustments and built internal capacity to support the work, from creating shovel-ready lots and building a series of community engagement programs to providing language access outside of English.

OMLB catalyzes the transformation of distressed properties into community assets by serving as Omaha's land bank. For over 10 years, OMLB has partnered with community entities focused on revitalization and affordable housing to reduce vacant lots and find suitable solutions. By driving community revitalization of underutilized areas, the Land Bank unlocks development potential, encourages economic growth and enhances neighborhood prosperity.  

For OMLB's 10-year anniversary and our first annual meeting, we invite stakeholders and funders to celebrate our impact and accomplishments over the past decade. Expert guest speakers will unveil a 10-year analysis on OMLB's contribution to the local economy, and we will announce the findings of the new three-year strategic plan. 

Finally, OMLB will recognize the thought leaders, volunteers and champions of the land bank who made these accomplishments possible.
